Latest Adventures...I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! Mine was spent with my brother and his family. It was wonderful!!
There were tons of little kids around. I was able to capture some awesome photos. We had such a wonderful time and the
next morning I went with the family to the black friday sales. Wow, what an experience!!! We began the day at 3:30 am
lol. It was so much fun!!
My latest photo sessions have included family photos, bridals, and corporate shots.
I captured some awesome pictures of a mother and daughter at the Dallas Arboretum last Friday. The following Saturday,
I shot bridals at the same place, the Dallas Arboretum. It is so beautiful there, no matter what season. I even
found another little garden to shoot some photos that I had never been to before. The lighting was perfect and
it wasn't too busy. I had a great time at both shoots. Then Tuesday, I went to a corporate office to shoot
photos of a wonderful counselor and her seeing eye dog. It was such a pleasure working with her.
Today I
did some local advertising by passing out some business cards in my area. I had a great time meeting some new people
in the neighborhood.

New Excitement with Destiny PhotosI know. It has been way too long since I have updated my adventures. I have had a few since my last blog, but was getting
too busy to post about them. My world has begun a new journey and currently the course has led to devoting more time
to my photography business. Yesterday, I shot a fantastic lecture at the Dallas Museum of Art with a Professor from
Istanbul, Turkey. Later that evening, I photographed a dinner at the Jewel Hotel Pentouse. That was my first time
inside the hotel and let me tell you, it was phenomenal. I had an amazing opportunity to work with a company, Gilan,
from Istanbul and meet some wonderful people from Turkey. It was delightful to have a turkish delight and engage in
my passion, photography. The Ottoman style jewelry was breathtaking and photographing those involved was just as wonderful.
I am greatful for having this opportunity and would love to shoot more events in the future. This weekend, I will
be shooting engagement photos. The following weekend, I will be shooting engagements and family photos. Keep your fingers crossed that I get the next two weddings! -Yvette www.destinyphotos.com
