DFW Models Needed For Multiple Shoots For Portfolio

Destiny Photos is looking for models of all ages, skin and body types for multiple photo shoots. All personalities and fashion styles welcome (including tattoos and funky hairdos). Under 18 must have a parent or guardian present at the interview.

Deadline to schedule an Interview is February 15th, 2009

We are interviewing potential models for the purpose of building everyone's portfolio.

If chosen you will recieve a personal-use license with your photos on CD for portfolio for $10 per CD (compensation for CD itself). Photos must be represented as taken by Destiny Photos and Makeup Artist - Samantha.

**Photos may be used for personal use only. They may not be used in photo contests or sold to outside agencies.** A Model release must be signed prior to your session. If an agency is interested in your photos, you must contact Destiny Photos to purchase a Commercial License -- see below for more info.

Dates to be determined based on availability of all parties.

- Punk vs. Prep (Twins would be awesome)
- Pick tails and Dirty Faces
- Senior photos with Talent

A Comercial License grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use this image for permitted commercial purposes, defined as:

advertising, promotion, brochures, packaging
as part of a commercial website for promotional purposes (maximum 800x600 pixels) use
prints, posters, flyers, tearsheets for promotional purposes (not for resale)
prints, posters, or other commercial display of image
magazines, books, newspapers, other printed publications
video, broadcast, theatrical

Buyer may not resell, relicense, redistribute without express written permission from photographer. Use as a derivative work, and reselling or redistributing such derivative work is prohibited. Images may not be used in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous or defamatory manner. Images may not be incorporated into trademarks, logos, or service marks. Image may not be made available for download.

Photographer retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the image(s).
